DESCRIPTION One of the largest of the leaf insects - this is a fantastic specimen. This is a type of walking stick or phasmid that is native to Southeast Asia. It is a wonderful leaf mimic which serves as an effective deterrent from predators. Their broad legs resemble dying leaves and they are difficult to spot high up in the canopy.
